Due the delayed of BR0026 (Taipei – Seattle) around 1.30 Hrs so that make me unable to catch my last flight to Vegas.
So the EVA ground offer me the hotel for my accommodation but unfortunately all the Hotel near by airport was fully booked.
Alternatively they offer me to using the VIP lounge to take a bath and grab something to eat only for 30 Mins then the lounge is close.
So with this offered. I won’t be able to accept as compensate of my in-convenient and my lost (Hotel fee at the Vegas). So would you be able to represent me to complaint through EVA customer services.
Asking for the compensation and responsibility for this matter.
