He didn’t need to be blond, moral or authentic he only needed to be a strong voice in a troubling time. The German people in that day were desperate for a voice of confidence.
The currency of the country was fluctuating daily and the people were desperate for stability. He represented a leadership in a time the people were desperate for leadership but he was never called to task because the middle, moral class was to busy with other issues.
He convinced his people they were special in a time when they had nothing to make them special nationally, he gave them the one logic that rallied them nationally. He talked of the birthright to a people in a crumbling nation and it worked.
The fact he didn’t have blond hair our blues eyes only helped to sell his logic. If it wasn’t true why would a man who didn’t fit that description argue that logic, it must be true.
The moral fabric of a nation is it’s middle class, its access to news and information. When that fabric is forced to fight for food and distracted it opens the door for government to sew dangerous policy into the nation.
