An analog filter is an important block and widely used for continuous-time signal processing. It can be found in many fields: for instance, communication, measurement and instrumentation and control systems [1][2]. They are employed to separate the desired signal from undesired signal. In past two decades, the design of analog filter has been focused on the filter that can provide several filter response in the same circuit topology that is called as multifunction or universal filter. There are three types of multifunction filter where the number of input and output are considered. The first one is multiple-input single-output (MISO) filter [3]. The second sort is single-input multiple output (SIMO) universal filter [4]. The third multifunction filter is multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) type [5]. In 2008, Biolek, et al. proposed the principle of modern voltage and current active building blocks. [7].
