2.5 SQ SMART SKILLS PROGRAM
Every customer interaction is an opportunity to build loyalty. Thus, it is critical to equip frontline staff with SQ SMART skills to enhance productivity and efficiency thus enhancing the buying experience of our customers. This programme allows service staff to gain the skills and techniques in delivering the CP ALL Signature Service Experience.
OBJECTIVES:
• Create and enhance CP ALL International’s very own Signature customer service experience
• Understand the importance of managing customers’ interface
• Good housekeeping techniques and ways to improve work conditions
• Development of good housekeeping at the workplace
• Understand the importance of being proactive thereby enhancing productivity and efficiency.
• Equip staff with the interpersonal skills for effective customer handling
• Effective use of service language in building better rapport with customers
• Diffuse difficult/ complaint situations
Incorporating Scenario-Based training with suggested scripted replies and corresponding service behaviors for routine transactions
