Sirs,
The following list of TCTOs was obtained by reviewing Lockheed’s database of TCTOs applicable to RTAF aircraft, and choosing those TCTOs which are listed as Not Complied With. These TCTOs will need to be reviewed to verify that they are in fact applicable to the RTAF aircraft, and also to help determine if they have already been complied with, as well as to determine if they are still valid. In many cases some TCTOs have been superseded by subsequent (later) TCTOs, and in other cases subsequent modifications to the aircraft have rendered some TCTOs non-valid. For these reasons it is important to note that this is not a list of TCTOs that need to be accomplished, it is only a list of TCTOs which require further research to see if they need to be done.
Many of the TCTOs listed should have been sent to the RTAF in the past and may still be on record with the Directorates responsible for them. Other TCTOs, in particular those for the ADF and Singapore aircraft, will not be on file with the RTAF, because those aircraft did not belong to the RTAF at the time of TCTO release. Any TCTO which is not on file with the RTAF will need to be requested from the USAF Technical Coordination Group (TCG) via your Ogden based International Liaison Officer (TCTOs are always issued by the USAF, Lockheed does not generate or issue TCTOs). Please note that many of these TCTOs have revisions. TCTO revisions will have the same number as the basic number, with a letter after them (for example, TCTO 1F-16-1123 has three revisions which are 1F-16-1123C, 1F-16-1123D and 1F-16-1123E). Revision letters do not use “A” or “B” and will always start with the “C” revision. When requesting the following TCTOs please ensure that you receive all of the revisions.
Please contact me if I may provide any assistance in this effort.
Best Regards,
Doug Nadon
