Anji-NYK Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has been established in (…….date……) is responsible for produce commercial light truck and import CBU to sale and distribution, marketing, after sales services and dealer network management and training center under Anji-NYK Logistics.
Anji-NYK Logistics. today is able to offer Thai consumers a wide range of products through its nationwide network of dealerships.

2.1) Customs Clearance Import Vehicles
Customs clearance services including duty payment process are required for import into domestic dealerships.
After receiving an FZ import invoice and loading list from Anji-NYK Logistics, will pass on to the Service Provider, to prepare customs documentation and perform the Import customs clearance process. The Service Provider checks the completeness of documents (billing, currency, VIN).
Upon receiving confirmation from Thai Customs Department, the Service Provider prints the Import entry sheet and prepares other documents necessary for import customs clearance.
Documents required include import invoice, import entry sheet, excise tax documents and other documents as required by the Customs Officer. Anji-NYK Logistics logistics officer will verify import entry declaration as well as all attached documents before the Service Provider submits the full set of documents to the Customs Officer at Leamchabang office or the Customs Office at Free Zone Yard to release vehicles from the custody of Thai Customs Department and submit all relevant document to get form 32 generated on time for department of Land Transport purpose.
After the customs clearance is complete, the Service Provider faxes a copy of import entry sheet car carrier, who then prepares to load import vehicles onto trailers as Anji-NYK Logistics requirement. All shipping document and form 32 will be submitted Anji-NYK Logistics in hard copies by daily bases and soft copies shall be submitted to Anji-NYK Logistics at the end of the month.
In additional, in term of ad hoc request for vehicle dispatch from Free Zone Yard to meet customer satisfaction, the provider shall advance the fund for duty and taxes pay off for customs clearance, then Anji-NYK Logistics will make retro payment within 2 days after completed customs clearance.
