Job Description:
- Accountability application service support to executive level & Expatriate
- Handle application portfolio support executive level
- Being responsible for managing and following-up on application support of all executive.
- Increasing customer (Executive Level & Expatriate) satisfied
Qualification:
- Female only, age 23-32 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related field
- Strong management skills with excellent abilities in organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking work.
- Outstanding presentation skills and Fluent in English.
- As least 1-3 years experienced in IT or Customer service fields.
- Have a knowledged in Office365 implementer, Testing or business analyst as advantage
- Self confident & highly motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office product
- Fast learning and pro-active with new technology
- Comfortable on research and generate new clients
- Good personality, characteristic and human relationships
- TOEIC score of 600 or above is advantage
