in communication with a lot of people; the method of 360 degree appraisal system is very useful, where a
feedback is given to the employee after that the appraisal data is collected from more than one appraiser. 360
degree performance appraisal method is a process where the evaluation of employee’s performance is conducted
through the information gathered from employee’s managers, supervisor, inferiors, team and project mates,
customers and the employee him/herself; then a feedback about the performance is given to the employee.
