Renewable energy can be successfully released
from potential lignocellulose materials such as crop straw with
the production of biogas (Zhong et al., 2011; Guo et al., 2011). As
an abundant agricultural by-product of food crops, corncob is considered
to be a potential raw material for energy recycling because
its hemicellulose content is the highest among all of the agricultural
by-products (Yuan et al., 2004)
