First, the results of the nurses’ perceptions of their work environment were discussed.
Next, the topics of nurse intention to leave, job dissatisfaction and burnout were brought up.
In a next step, the results on nurse- perceived quality of care in the hospital were discussed.
By the end of the interview, chief nursing officers were free to expand on best practices
they had implemented to support professional nursing practice roles.
