The figure shows that the highest signal intensity is achieved when the value of delay time is 1 microsecond.
As the delay time reduction leads to the signal increase, therefore, the nature of the signal is luminescence. It has
been found that the duration of strobe does not have a significant effect on signal intensity (Fig.4). That is why in
this study the average value of duration of 40 microseconds was selected.
Those spectra were obtained with a full correction of the signal in order to remove the influence of the device’s
noise on the NADH luminescence signal.
