On-vehicle device includes the BDS receiving module and the wireless communication with a controller module. Receiving module receives the data provided by the BDS, and then sends the information to the wireless communication module which embedded a controller through the serial port. The controller controls the wireless module to transmit the information to the processing and displaying module in the regulatory control center through GPRS (General Packet Radio Service). This module uses the PC (personal computer), its main function is shown in Figure 2. The PC stores the information and displays the data in the form of a dialog box by software programming. Staff in the monitoring center can obtain the intuitive information of the current moving vehicle, such as number, position and speed.
