Preparation and revision of contracts that involve the purchase of goods and services
Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts
Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets
Maintain detailed and organized contract and correspondence files
Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables
Work with legal counsel to ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations
Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
At Least 3-5 years of experiences working with Project work
Experience in, and knowledge of Project management and contract management
Self motivated and work well under pressure
Knowledge of Japanese language is advantage
Good command of English and computer literacy
