After analyzing the feedback and action ideas we received from you, we decided that the category “Leadership & Strategy“ is our ME Segment key category we will focus on.
The GEA group has already chosen the categories “Communication” and “Diversity” to be GEA key categories.
The next step is that you as the report owner will take over the responsibility to implement derived actions. In the attached presentation you will find all necessary information and explanation how to proceed.
This concept is distributed worldwide to all ME Segment report owners, including our FS colleagues. Please have a careful look at the slides and make up your mind how you can execute actions with a high level impact for your team.
Additionally please note that there is no central budget planned for implementing actions.
Some of you may already have started to implement actions on local level. Others who have not yet started please begin with the implementation. Please pay also the required attention to the realization of ME topics you will find attached.
While working on implementation, please try to make sure that your employees understand the link between a derived action and its connection to the survey.
As we would like to get an overview what actions have been implemented in your areas of responsibility, we kindly ask you to provide us with feedback by January 15, 2015. Please use the attached action tracking sheet for your feedback.
