The results of this study found that there were significance in the average scores of the posttest in attitudes, subjective norm, perceived self-efficacy in the control of exercise behavior of the paslop exercise program using in the water and on the land, and exercise behavior were better than pretest at .05, and there were significance in the regular exercise and ongoing at least three days a week affecting the value of body mass index and waist after posttest that was lower than pretest at .001.
