Landor created Tendres Moments, a range of
Milka chocolate filled with a smooth and light
mousse. The concept had amazing results in
consumer tests. Landor developed everything
from the concept and name to the design of the
brand and packaging. As a result, the chocolate
filled segment continued its growth, with a 15
percent increase since launch over the previous
year, the best growth in chocolate tablets.
Tendres Moments represented the best launch
in the segment since 2004, and was the only
new product development in four years to reach
7.3 percent of market share in ten periods. This
enabled Milka to attract new consumers and
improve the brand image – a great success for
Milka and Landor.
