We would like to take this opportunity to draw your attention to the above transactions on Goodfaith Collection basis. Please take the following explanation into your kind consideration.
Your cardholder had withdrawn the cash at our ATM machine on June 8, 2014. At that time, the requested cash was correctly approved and successfully dispensed from our ATM machine (see enclosed document 1). Unfortunately, there is the technical problem which caused this transaction had disappeared from our system and lead us to miss the proper settlement timeframe.
After fixing the system, we found the above transaction was not settled to your center. Moreover, we could not send the presentment to your center due to this transaction had past settlement timeframe.
The most critical situation is we will incur the financial loss situation from this matter if we could not settle this transaction to your center. Thus, we are begging you to allow us to collect this amount back by Fee Collection basis as the actual situation.
