Checking again, Legal team has unclear on 5 issues, could you please explain the following list:
1.) Please see in no.4 ‘Probation Period’
Please check with Taiwan Labour Law, how many limit of probation period that employee can take per year
(as you told me before there is no condition about limit of probation period however, could you please clarify the example that probation policy in DA for 6 months is correct and pls clarify if DA terminate new employees who have been worked around 5 months but they are in probation period, DA does not compensate for this matter.
JW: No probation period , employee is official employee while they join the company at the 1st day. However, we set 6m for all new employees for over 10 years.
