ooohhh honey now i 'm calm i understand i become very angry for little thing ........i so frustrated .....i not good, i make you soffer, you not deserve this ...maybe i not good for you i not bring happiness in your life ...i try to do the best to be good but not easy for me maybe i too attached to my self.......i have to learn a lot about buddhist and stay a lot to do vippasana at temple
