In the meantime i would like to ask your help again to filled in the attached (sheet: Survey).
Please provide input on whether these definitions work for CMV (as they were originally defined for AIS but we can always adjust):
• On-Time and Quality Definition
• Error Types
o If you have any error types to add – please provide the Error Type Name, Definition, and a tangible example (that the associates can relate to). Dimiter – we will have to map any additional error types to a severity level (Elizabeth – I will provide more context if you have any additional items to add or if Dimiter you already have a good idea on what they should be classified as)
Severity Level Example (1 being the most severe, 4 being the least severe) – which errors would you be much more concerned with the stability of your organization or that are a much bigger deal vs. issues that are less critical) – we can discuss further the Error Types if you need additional context or want to work through them together – please just let me know and propose a day/time that works best for you
