Unless otherwise stated in policy, you are reminded that according to the Company policy, all employees are required to take their full annual leave entitlement in the year earned. Leave should be taken regularly throughout the calendar year. Your 2014 leave entitlement must be used by 31 December 2014. If, for business reasons, it is not reasonably practicable to do so, a maximum of 5 days of the leave entitlement may be carried forward to the following calendar year. This must be authorised in writing by your Manager and the authorisation sent to Human Resources Department by 31 December 2014. The 5 days of carried forward leave entitlement for 2014 must be taken by 31 March 2015. No payment in lieu of unused leave entitlement will be made.
