The solution provided was for installing our product. This would only needed during the install. It would not have to be re-ran every time the computers boots up.
Solution:
Press and tap the F8 key about every second until you see the Advanced Boot Options. Use the arrow keys to select an advanced option to Disable Driver Signature Enforcement. NOTE: This is the temporary solution. You have to repeat the process every time you want to use unsigned drivers.
So when you open the case, it was not what the end user had? We will still need the BSOD information as this was requested at the start of the case.
