I lost my farm!

We recommend that you play only one farm per one device, and that you attach your farm to your own individual Game Center, Google+ or Facebook account. If you load multiple farms on a single device, you may lose access to one or more of the farms.
If you have lost your farm for some reason, please contact Hay Day Player Support through the game, and we'll do our best to help you to get the farm back.
Please send us a message from the game on your own device. To send a message from the game, tap the settings icon in the top left corner in Hay Day, select "Help and Feedback", select "Report an Issue" and here the option of "Lost Farm".
In the message, please send us the following information regarding the farm:
The exact name of the farm,
The exact level of the farm,
The name of the neighborhood your farm belonged too.
Explain how you lost the farm
Did you contact us from the device on which you want to recover your farm?
Please note that the information is required for both the lost farm and the farm that you currently have on your device.
Our Player Support will then check the situation and contact you back as soon as possible!
