• To handle the Overall Management of appointed Key Account Customers
• To support & guide Customer service of appointed K/A customers in co-operation with customers/overseas office and inter office to follow up import-export shipments
• To cooperate with operation/customer service/customer clearance/billing department in solving daily operational problems of assigned customers and report status to customer
• To develop additional business from existing customers focusing on directly assigned K/A customers
• To manage & report KPI’s
• To attend monthly or bi-monthly management meetings with assigned K/A customers
• To attend weekly or bi-weekly operation meeting with assigned K/A customers
• To conduct internal monthly or bi-monthly operational meetings with all departments related to K/A customer
• To review current operation and suggest/implement process improvements to service K/A customer
• To handle special rate inquiry
• To handle any special assignment by Director Freight Forwarding
