The job holder will maintain assigned key customers in cooperation with luxury Hotel , Spa , Salon or Clinic based on a selective and focused market approach.
To ensure fulfillment of sales and other objectives by means of implementation.
To achieve the sales target set out to increase market share & sales and gross profit, through acquisition and retention of customers.
Expanding and creating new business opportunity - B2B
Selling for luxury spa and cosmetic products.
To build product propositions with existing customers, and identify new business opportunities.
To propose improvement of and/or within the internal & external processes to the Department Manager, so as to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
To establish and continuously improve product & market knowledge, so as to be more efficient.
To establish solid communication, co-ordination with all existing and new clients proving good base for sales growth.
Obtain reliable market information to participate in establishing and preparing solid business plan(s) and budgets.
Obtain sufficient market & product knowledge so as to carry-out technical selling and not just compete on price.
Qualification:
Male/ Female age between 30-45 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree in BBA , Marketing or any other related field.
Minimum 5-7 years in selling cosmetic , spa , hotel , clinic both or any other related field.
Must have sales skill.
Can use Microsoft office program.
Good command of both written and spoken English
Strong Decision Making & Problem solving skills
Good Negotiation & Management Skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Open minded, Pro-active, Innovative and can work under pressure.
Have own car and car license.
