The clause of “Termination without cause” is meant to refer to those termination force by employer but without a good reason or based on mutual agreement. Then employer will need to compensate the staff according to the stipulated scheme. Not applicable to retirement.
As you know, under Thai law we already have the contribution fund provided for retirement for all staff, so it won’t be two overlapping benefit upon retirement.
