Thank you for contacting us. Could you provide us with a little more information regarding your account with us please? Which email did you register with?
If you updated your A record or CNAME record at your domain registrar to point your domain to us, then this could lead to your webmail being routed incorrectly. If you are still able to, please check and make sure that your MX records are updated to direct mail for your domain to your email provider. Most host have default MX records you can use to receive email.
