The bluescreen is a diagnostic tool. It tells you what is wrong so you can devise a strategy to resolve the issue.
We've never heard of zoostorm, but they should have their own tech support. I'm assuming they have toll free phone numbers and online chat tools. Call them.
IF you are past your warranty period, post ALL the details and we can try to help you. We need to know the stop code and the details of how the machine is configured.
EDIT: just saw the website. All I can say is .......wow. But at least they do have a tech support line. Sometimes buying the cheapest product is not always the best idea. There is a reason why some companies can charge a little less.
