Agenda 10.Common Area to be used by a Unit exclusively – Agreed in AGM 2009 Letting all owners about Re-issue of letter to condominium 7/11 as the current owner and the condominium does not have a copy of the letter.- Agenda 6: Issue of common area use by 7/11 The meeting agreed YES: 10 NO: 0. The condominium act provides under article 21 for common areas to be exclusive used by private owners. A letter shall be written by the committee to allow the area in question to be used by 7/11 for the life of the building, and the owner of 7/11 to pay service and maintenance fees for the area. Since Feb 2009 to date Unit 7/11 has been paying the service and maintenance fees for the exclusively use the area approx 12 sqm. Diamond Condominium or the current owner has no copy of the letter and so will reissue this letter.
