1. All packaging must be properly labeled with the correct name as described in Section IV as well as any other labeling requirements as requested by Kemira.
2. Order number and release number must appear on the Bill of Lading and Packing list, Invoices and Freight Bills and if requested by purchasing site on the Certificates of Analysis (COA).
3. In the event two trade names appear, the Kemira name should be used on all documentation.
4. Each shipment must be accompanied by a packing list detailing all items delivered.
5. Material must be delivered on date and time specified when the release is placed.
6. Certificate of Analysis (COA) must reference the Material Name, Lot #, Manufacturing Date (Not required if Lot # depicts Manufacturing Date), Specification and Actual Analysis for each Lot exactly as it appears on COA Requirements Section IV of this document.
7. At a minimum an SDS for new materials must accompany the initial shipment as well as the first shipment of each year following or in compliance with local regulations. (An electronic SDS should be e-mailed before the first shipment).
