The reason of Our Office advise the Developer like that because Our idea is try the best to claim more compensation for all of Client.
However, at this moment We got new reasonable offer from the Emerald.
the Emerald have agreed to be responsible for common area fee and sinking fund foe one year as the concession of delay for every clients except from Mr. Melvin Gan because His condo. unit is on phase 2 which the Registration date hasn’t delayed (S&P Agmt. specified the Registration Date is on June 2015) therefore, the Emerald suggest that Mr. Melvin’s the Addendum Agreement for claim his fine penalty should be made after the registration of condominium unit had overdue the Registration Date.
