Regarding defective characteristics of persistence “metallic sensation excessive” turned out as the most cited one, with a CF of 9.3%, far from the other defects (CF ≤ 2.3%). Although low, CF of “metallic sensation excessive” was three times higher than this defect for flavor, whereas “liver excessive”, “rancid” and “urine” had a similar CF.
