May I ask K.Rassamee to lead the meeting between Engineering and HR to define the new time line? Looking into this, it is not complete as follow:
Kuhn MANIT asks K.RASSAMEE lead the meeting that is mean I manage this project do not good or created a big problem and excuse me for my not good performance .I will follow up Kuhn MANIT order kb’
Who is responsible person in each activity?
I always said with HR.I will transfer everything when it complete and do not increase HR’s job,before that time everything under my responsibility .I will doing until everyone said “ OK “ and on time request.
• What is the criteria to measure the success of the test run? How to monitor and by whom?
I have to manage until HR will get report same current system .
• What is the training how to use?
Engineer will training until everyone can use system .
I’d like to implement it by Dec’13
I will do it on time before Dec’13
