I have been advised by PCB HQ that they want to address items from our top 10 countries for growth which Executive Trading is part of.
The questions are:
1. Channel’s vision for growth – where will it come from
2. Understand their economic indicators - is there budget, is their economy in decline or upswing
3. Their sale funnel as well as any updates on current quotes - transactional and large opportunities
4. What are they doing to close the open opportunities by end of Q1 – velocity to order
5. What do they need from us from sales support standpoint – collateral, etc.
6. Volume (traffic and phone), Leads, Appointments, Quotes, Orders. Break this out by PI where they will grow and focus as well as the overall business. What’s getting traction, what is not
Please also have these for Larson Davis as well.
They would like to get the answers to these questions and have a conference call next week.
