The CR indicates saturation, and is directly proportional to the
intensity of the colour, and coloured-flesh sweetpotato (e.g. Beerwah
Gold II) generally showed higher CR values than did
cream/white-flesh cultivars, such as Northern Star (not reported).
The HA is used as a colour quality parameter in processed foods
and, on the Hunter colour space, a value of 0 or 360 represents
red, 90 represents yellow, 180 represents green, and 270 represents
blue
