Complete the monthly closing and reconciliation for commercial properties
· Maintaining the commercial leases and ensure that all property and tenant lease information is up to date and correct
· Issue commercial tenant statements and supporting schedules
· Set and update forecasts and budgets as well as provide detailed explanations of variances from budget based on materiality thresholds
· Performs annual CAM reconciliations and assembles the necessary back-up for the tenant’s use
· Maintain reports for the commercial properties that are located within Transportation Development Districts (“TDDs”) and Community Improvement Districts (“CIDs”)
· Overseeing the reporting obligations for certain commercial properties that have an affiliation with a Home Owner’s Associations (“HOAs”)
· Assist in the tax credit accounting process including preparing projections, analyzing data, creating summary reports and preparing models necessary in managing the Qualified Contract process for certain low-income housing tax credit properties that are eligible
· Support Controller, CFO and Vice President of Reporting with special projects and workflow process improvements
