The calculation of the Services Fee stated above is based on the minimum daily wage rate under the applicable labor law and other costs and expenses relating to employment such as social security and workmen compensation costs, provident funds, etc. currently applicable at the time of the beginning of the Agreement. Therefore, during the Contract period, if the government issues a new law to adjust the minimum daily wage or other relevant employment costs, Contractor shall at any time during the course of this agreement, by written notice to the Client, adjust the service rates proportionate to the government mandated changes in the minimum wage and the adjusted fee shall be effective and enforceable on the effective date of the new minimum daily wage and/or the costs.
