Seagate offers company-provided Mobile Devices to Users whose work duties require their use. But we recognize that many of these Users prefer to use their personally-owned Mobile Devices instead. We also may permit Users to use their personally-owned Mobile Device to access Seagate's network, even if the User may not be eligible to receive a company-provided Mobile Device. In either case, the decision to use a personally-owned Mobile Device to access Seagate's network is entirely voluntary. Seagate will not allow any adverse action against an employee who chooses to continue using a company-provided Mobile Device rather than using his or her personally-owned Mobile Device for work purposes.
