Facilities that have passed test runs should follow the 7 steps below before operation.
(1) Conduct risk and environmental impact assessment after the test run.
(2) Revise and make improvement to related EESH rules, standards, and materials.
(3) Notify relevant personnel of the changes
(4) Appoint managers to be in charge of the facility and materials. (If the relevant regulations require a senior manager, a legal senior manager becomes the responsible person.)
(5) Give education on safe operation and how to handle.
(6) Post safety signs and guidelines.
(7) The department in charge should take constant care of the facility / equipment for its proper operation.
