As a Kindle version, not so great. It was hard to go back and reference the lists of "yes" food and "no" foods. I actually went back, paid again, and bought the tactile book version so that I could reference and dog-ear pages.
As a book, very interesting read. I did a slightly modified form and have found answers to some plaguing health questions I had. Very cool indeed and it did, in a way, change the way I look at food.
