Position Summary:
The International Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting new international business opportunities, coordinating relationships with potential business partners and maintaining business relationships with existing accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Financial and Statistical Reporting (400
o Quarterly Territory Sales Analysis
o Quarterly Strategy Presentation Updates
o Quarterly and ad hoc Google Analytics for AA territories
o Pricing research and module creation
• External Business Development Communication (40%)
o Review and respond to B2B Inquiries for international wholesale accounts
o Initial review of potential International Distributors
o Arrange and attend meetings with potential international partners
o Create and maintain of AA sales presentations
o Create ad hoc market research and strategy presentations
o Competitive research and analysis for strategy consideration
o SOP Creation and Maintenance
o POS listings
• Internal Business Development Coordination (20%)
o Account management - Coordination of ongoing SIS projects and communications
o Maintain IBD Leads documents
o Maintain International POS listings
o Internal data requests for new international relationships
o File and track NDA Requests
o Assist management with planning and coordination of Annual International Partners Meeting
o Research and propose International Trade Shows and Conferences
o Schedule executive travel/track expense reports
