I haven't shared any opinions on the monarchy or politics at all since the king's death. I've said nothing, out of respect for Thai people during a period of mourning.
But this blog post is drivel. It defeats its message by wildly misunderstanding what outsiders have to say. It defeats its message by attacking simplistic straw men. It defeats its message by restating falsehoods about Thai history while at the same time claiming not to be brainwashed.
There is much that could be written intelligently by Thais about this time of mourning and what it means. This is not it.
One of the most difficult problems with Thai politics is the powerful and dangerous combination of ignorance and arrogance. Ignorant falsehoods being arrogantly defended as truth. And here we have another example.
