1.3 - Definitions (Words that are defined are italicized and bolded once per section)
1.3.1 - Thermal Control: A control that regulates temperature such as a thermostat.
1.3.2 - Thermal Cut-Out: A device which, during abnormal operation, limits the temperature of the controlled part by automatically opening the circuit or by reducing the current; and is constructed so that its setting cannot be altered by the user.
Non-self-resetting Thermal Cut-out: A thermal cutout that requires a manual operation or a replacement part to restore the electrical current once the toy cools down.
Self-resetting Thermal Cut-out: A thermal cut-out that automatically restores the current after the relevant part of the toy has cooled down sufficiently.
