Dear all,
I have just come out from the final panel meeting with KTB's committee members who are in charge of this project.
Today's discussion was meant for the committee to ask any questions that they had regarding the documents that we submitted as well as other concerns.
The questions and concerns that they had were as follows:
1. KTB wants us to confirm that we can support them with Thai language. Basically, they want to be able to input Thai language into the fields and be able to show that information in the report. They mentioned they want UTF-8 support.
2. During the testing, we did not get a chance to show them much of how the users would be able to troubleshoot the device. They would like us to produce a document with print screens on the different errors that may occur and how to solve those errors (for example, what will the error look like if one of the RSM is full?)
3. Reports of loading and unloading of machine. As expressed by the KTB staff during the testing, they want to see a clear separation of loading and unloading of money by the teller, separately of the transactions from customers. Fui Yin and I already explained that we can do this by adding a special tag like how we are doing it for them to track transactions ID between PDTeller and TCC software. However, it seems like they forgot we showed them this. Therefore, i would like Fui Yin to help do up some print-screens for them to get a clearer picture.
4. Security levels (access levels) - KTB would like us to propose to them on the different access each type of user will have (ie. what will the manager have access to? What will a regular user have access to? What will our technician have access to?) Of course, this would be finalised and discussed during the final integration once again.
5. LED display - KTB wants us to assure to them that we will provide them an LED that can serve their purpose. (We have actually already provided this document)
6. Creatus' service and Glory's support - Mr. Sumate was very strong in pointing out that he does not think he can trust our team yet if we get this deal. They are unsure on how we plan to support them with both spare parts and software support. We should probably provide some documents to support this. My answer to them was that this project is not only between Creatus and KTB but Creatus&Glory with KTB. Therefore, they can only expect the best support from us.
As mentioned to Daniel over the phone, we need to submit all the documents tomorrow as the price negotiation will be on this Friday 20th.
Look forward to winning this deal together.
Thank you very much.
