1) Process Design : Refers to a set of operating conditions, such as provision for a step sequence and
production of the new product(new development).
2) New Product : Special measures have not been produced by other family members and new clients
at all previous product refers to the essential products.
3) Development progress
(1) 1st grade : New products and product development progress is made in accordance with
APQP requirements..
(2) 2nd grade : Without change in physical properties to products that have already been developed,
simple pigments and additives that are only going to change the product.
( This progress is possible with the process design and development validation step through
the development review after receipt.
4. Responsibility and authority
1) CEO (president)
CEO has the right of approval and disposal of procedure.
2) T.F.T manager (Technical Functional Team)
(1) The overall process design and scheduling of new products.
(2) Special characterization / Record
(3) Evaluation of the ability of the design and development
(4) Developments and changes to the design FMEA process, Control Plan, work standard prepare, review.
(5) Approval of a new production process products.
(6) Approval of a new production Product-Inspection.
(7) Approval of the cooperation between the relevant departments
5. Work process
1) Manufacturing Process Design and Development Planning
(1) Development of receipt of the product development team leader receives referrals from our customers.
(2) Configuring the TFT organization, developed by examining the received referrals to determine the
following during the planning of new product design and development to create a development plan
and approved by the CEO.
① Check the review, verification and validation in accordance with the steps for product development
and process design.
② Responsibility and authority for the process design and new product development.
(3) TFT to manage the link between the relevant departments to participate in the
development of process design and new products in order to ensure effective communication and
clear assignment of responsibility for product development.
