9 June to 4 July 2014 • P&D briefing sessions for employees and line managers
21 July to 1 August 2014 • Line managers to input comments and draft ratings for each employee
4 to 15 August 2014 • Unit/Office Talent Review meetings to be held
• Line managers to finalise comments and ratings for all employees
18 to 29 August 2014 • Line managers to meet with their direct reports to review performance for FY14 and set their goals for FY15
• Line managers release FY14 reviews for employees to sign off
18 to 29 August 2014 • Employees to submit FY15 P&D plans in ALTAS for line manager approval
• Line managers to review and action FY15 plans in ATLAS
It is important that you complete your self-assessment on time, as the information that you include in your P&D plan will be reviewed by your line manager when they complete their review of your performance. Take active steps now to chase up outstanding feedback from clients, project leaders, peers etc.
If you have any questions or require support, please speak with your line manager or local Human Capital team. Your P&D discussion is an opportunity to not just receive feedback but to give feedback on matters that you believe impact your engagement, performance and career development. It is important you come prepared to give feedback and to discuss your achievements, career aspirations and development goals.
