Dear Friends I hope you are doing great. October 5th I was 59 years old.A group of family and friends came to the farm to visit. I have been very blessed in my life, more than I could ever ask or think. I have had some very good people help me in my life, and the ones I hold in highest regard, were those who helped me with no thought of any personal gain in return. I think once you understand that you have been blessed more than you deserve, then you can began to help others with no thought of personal gain for yourself. Many of the current projects that we are working towards, were started by ideas that young engineers that I was fortunate to work with, suggested to me. International Association of Certified Practicing Engineers I was helping manage a group of young engineers at Titan in Malaysia from 2000 to 2003. At the end of the year we gave each engineer an appraisal, and because I starting to know each of them, I gave each of them career advice. Miss Lee remarked tha!

wished she knew this career advice when she was in college. She contacted her professor and we were invited to speak at her college, UTM which is a major university in Malaysia. From this start in the past 12 years we have been able to speak 14 times at a number of colleges. We are founding an association that will help young engineers increase their knowledge, certify their knowledge, and build a network of associates. Handbook of Process Equipment Design A second young engineer that I met at Titan in 2000, joined me to help a company set up a Singapore Division in 2006. Anytime he had a question, I would go into my library of published articles and give him an article to read, and then we would discuss the best way to answer his engineering question. Mr Tham suggested that I should write a text book on Process Equipment Design. Starting in 2007, with the help of some great young engineers, we began to write what we first called "Engineering Design Guidelines". Today our "H!
