May we connect about the Wowza account, Universal Foundation For Persons with Disabilities? I ask because we have sent many emails to the contact owner, Wiriya Namsinpongpan, about the expired maintenance and support in the customer portal and Wiriya has not responded. I am looking for direction on how to contact Wiriya Namsinpongpan. The account has at least one perpetual Wowza Streaming Engine license with expired maintenance and support and this is triggering a late renewal fee in the customer portal.
Monthly licenses do not apply to this late fee because M&S is included in the monthly cost.
