Nike Sportswear’s sleeper hit of 2012, the Roshe Run has become the sneaker of choice for many. Over the past two years Nike has capitalized on the popularity of the scaled down and comfortable sneaker with a slew of hybrids.
Taking it one step further, Nike has created a whole new silhouette based on the Roshe Run. As part of its current range, Nike is introducing the Kaishi. While the Roshe Run is minimalist, the Kaishi has pronounced contours from the midsole to the Air Flow-esque upper. Mesh and suede built, the kicks are debuting in a choice of “dark magnet grey/white-volt”, “chilling red/dark magnet grey-pure platinum” or “black/magnet grey-white”. The kicks just surfaced in the States through Packer Shoes at a $70 price tag. Check your locals for availability.
