(FFA) and acylglycerol (TAG, DAG and MAG) concentrations in
the degummed rice oil after deacidification by liquid extraction
(RBOd-LE) (all concentrations are expressed in mass% on a
solvent-free basis), while Fig. 10 presents the neutral oil (TAG +
DAG + MAG) and c-oryzanol transfer levels, which were calculated
using Eq. (7), after each experimental extraction step
